Each visit will incur a $5 ACA charge.

We ask that you if you need to change or cancel a reservation that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If you paid a deposit for a service and did not arrive for the appointment, we will keep the deposit amount and it will not be applied to the balance of the service. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call 206.728.1234.

Cancellation Policy
We ask any changes, rescheduling or cancellations be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. A notice of less than 24-hours impacts our opportunity to serve other guests. We understand that "life happens", and you may miss an appointment without notice. However, our cancellation policy is to charge 50% of your scheduled service if given less than 24-hours notification, and 100% of your scheduled service for a no call/no show or completely missed appointment. A credit card or debit card will be required for all appointments at time of booking.
